Organizations

Organizations are global entities that can be associated with multiple protocols. They represent entities such as CRO, central laboratories, sites, depots and other relevant entities.

Note

Organizations could be linked to protocols to automatically create the corresponding folders in the Data Explorer using the {organization} placeholder in the Data Dictionary.

Add Organization

When you need to register a new organization, you can press the Add Organization button (identified by a + symbol) located at the top of the page.

A new dialog box will appear, prompting you to enter the details of the new organization.

After entering the organization details, click the Save button to create the new organization.

Filter Organizations

It's possible to filter organizations by Name, Country, City, Type (CRO, Central Laboratory, Site, Depot, Other) and Status (Involved or Not Involved).

Note

Status is an automatically updated field based on the organization's involvement in any protocol and has implications for regulatory processes. You cannot modify it manually.

To associate an organization with a protocol, you can navigate to the Protocol Organizations section.
